Will the temperature be above normal in 2021?

if now according to the scientists of the Indian Meteorological Department, then the temperature in North India and parts of Central India has been recorded 3 to 6 degrees higher on 1 February 2021.The same meteorological scientists also proved that January is the warmest year in the year 2021, 62 years and if you are a tourist, then if you have planned to visit these areas, then it is advisable to avoid the heat.
